Before You Start
Give the carrot, cucumber, and bell pepper a cold rinse and have a small container ready if you are packing it to go.
How To Make It
Rinse the carrot, cucumber, and bell pepper, then slice them into sticks about the length of your finger so they are easy to dip.
Pat the cucumber sticks dry so they do not weep water and thin the hummus.
Spoon the hummus into a small bowl and arrange the veggie sticks alongside.
Serve fresh, or press on a lid and keep it cold until you are ready.
Fix It: If you are packing it for later, keep the hummus in its own cup so the veggies stay crisp instead of soaking.
