- 8 tsp matcha
- 8 tsp honey
Before You Start
Rinse the berries and sift the matcha so it whisks in smooth without clumps.
How To Make It
Whisk the matcha and honey into the greek yogurt until the color is even and no green specks remain.
Gently fold in the berries so they streak through without breaking apart.
Taste and whisk in a little more honey if you want it sweeter.
Spoon it into a glass or bowl and serve cold.
Fix It: If the matcha stays clumpy, whisk a little of the yogurt with the matcha into a smooth paste first, then stir in the rest.
