One plate is the amount the calories and protein above are for.

Before You Start

Line the sheet with parchment; this bread sticks to a bare pan.

How To Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, oregano, and salt until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Spread it thin, about 1/4 inch, into a rectangle on the parchment.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden all over and set with no wet spots.
  5. Cool 10 minutes, then peel it off the paper and cut into 4 wraps.
Fix It: If it tears when you peel it, bake 5 minutes more next time so it sets fully.
Air Fryer
  1. Heat the air fryer to 380F.
  2. Add the ingredients you would cook on the stove or in the oven in a single layer, without crowding the basket.
  3. Cook for about 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until cooked through and lightly crisp.
  4. Let it rest a minute, then finish and plate the dish as written in the steps above.
