Before You Start
Grate the ginger on the small holes of a grater; peel it with a spoon first.
How To Make It
Pour the milk into the blender.
Add the raspberries, grated ginger, greek yogurt, and flaxseed.
Blend on high 45 to 60 seconds, until smooth and pink.
Pour and drink right away.
Fix It: If the ginger bites too hard, start with half a tsp next time.
