Before You Start
Rinse the spinach, measure the matcha, and have the lime cut so it all goes in at once.
How To Make It
Add the mango, spinach, greek yogurt, matcha, and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides so the matcha mixes in fully.
Finish with a squeeze of lime and taste, adding a little more if you want it brighter.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Fix It: If the matcha clumps, blend a few seconds longer, since it needs the movement to dissolve evenly.
